Interior Build-Out

Specializing in office, retail, clubhouses, multi-family housing and hospitality, each Power Contracting project has the same common denominator—an absolutely satisfied client. We firmly believe in applying the diligent construction management procedures and methods to every project that has made our past projects so successful. Our greatest compliment is when a client negotiates their second project with us. In fact, many of our projects are from repeat clients. The following is a representative sampling of projects completed by Power Contracting or the Principal.

Sarasota National Guard Armory

Sarasota National Guard Armory – Power Contracting was tasked with a complete “gut & remodel” of this 27,000 square foot Armory originally built in 1957. The project achieved a LEED Certified Silver with a contract value of $2,300,000.

The Blue Rooster Restaurant

This interior build-out started with an abandoned metal building. The construction included a new structural steel loft, structural improvements to the building shell, a new kitchen and all interior finishes. A rustic look was created with 100 year old Virginia barn wood combined with custom galvanized pipe framing and a spiral staircase. The sidewalks were removed for a city block and the front remodeled to include covered streetscape.

Hyatt Beach Club

The developer of the Hyatt Aqualea Resort came to Power Contracting for the interior build-out of two very high-end areas of the new resort; the member’s only private Beach Club and the Spa. Power’s estimate of cost was considerably less than the estimate provided by their competitor. The project was completed with the highest of quality and in complete cooperation with ongoing hotel operations. The developer then awarded Power contracts for multiple other projects including their Corporate offices, Condo build-outs, Kid’s club, Gazebo, etc.
