We firmly believe in applying the diligent construction management procedures and methods to every project that has made our past projects so successful. Our greatest compliment is when a client negotiates their second project with us. In fact, many of our projects are from repeat clients. FCCI
A 300,000 square foot state-of-the-art, award-winning corporate headquarters and data center. Designed and constructed to be a major storm shelter, including redundant systems on all utilities. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
University Professional Center
19,000 square-foot, two-story wood frame and masonry office building constructed in Lakewood Ranch. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
ASO Corporation
A 20,000 square foot addition that more than doubled the existing operating trucking terminal facility. The plan provided by the Owner for pricing included a five-phased construction sequence. Working seamlessly with the operating facility, we created a three-phased sequence, which led to cost savings and a reduction in the project schedule, months ahead of schedule.
Conway Trucking
This 47,000 square foot warehouse addition and office remodel was completed while operations at this band-aid manufacturer continued. We relocated personnel and manufacturing operations while building and remodeling without any interruption to their business.
